This is the paper written as part of the Chevening Gurukul Fellowship for Leadership and Excellence, of which I had the privilege to be part of in 2016. It was the first time that one examined the literature and global experience on digital inclusion, which gave a foundation to some of the ideas we were already exploring back then for I am Kisan. Now, three years hence, it is much expanded to include a broad suite of digital services to farmers – but some points have been validated through this exercise. That will be a separate blogpost! This one is the paper itself! Please reach out to us, with your thoughts, ideas, responses!
